The Site is operated by YKMOTOS, located at 91 Huaxia Rd, Bldg 4-2F-W, Yongkang, Zhejiang, China.

We sell replacement and aftermarket parts and accessories for Honda classic mini bikes, including DAX, CT70, Monkey, Z50, CUB and related models. Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in color, finish or dimensions.

Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.

5. Fitment and Intended Use

Fitment is your responsibility. Model references, year ranges and compatibility notes are guides only. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific vehicle before purchase and installation.

Many products may be intended for off-road, closed-course or restoration use only and may not be legal for road use in your region. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, emissions rules and safety regulations.

Installation should be performed by a qualified person. We are not responsible for labor, installation costs or consequential costs caused by improper installation or use.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties or import fees unless expressly stated. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally through third-party courier and freight providers. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.

Honda, DAX, CT70, Monkey, Z50, CUB and other manufacturer names and model designations are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for reference and compatibility purposes only. YKMOTOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Honda Motor Co., Ltd. Products offered are aftermarket or replacement parts unless expressly stated as genuine OEM.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape data at scale, interfere with Site operation or submit false or fraudulent information.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, unless a specific warranty is stated on a product page or required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability
